Bayley vs Alexa Bliss ends in DQ​
The Golden Role Models were in the midst of a tribute to themselves when Alexa Bliss & Nikki Cross emerged to show their displeasure. Sasha Banks gladly offered Bayley the opportunity to take on Bliss and set the tone for her showdown with Cross at The Horror Show at Extreme Rules. The two Superstars battled throughout, but Banks and Cross couldn’t help but get in the mix. Cross attacked the SmackDown Women’s Champion which ultimately led to the disqualification of Bliss.

Bayley & Sasha Def. Alexa & Nikki
Before The Horror Show at Extreme Rules, Nikki Cross was intent on gaining the upper hand over Bayley with Alexa Bliss and Sasha Banks ratcheting up the rivalry. Cross didn’t waste much time, as she came charging down the ramp to attack the SmackDown Women’s Champion before any competitor had even entered the ring. The energy remained high as the talented tandems traded vicious blows, with Cross perhaps providing a peak into the future by hoisting the SmackDown Women’s Title after one brutal attack. The Women’s Tag Team Champions once again showed their resourcefulness and teamwork as Banks broke up a tag, and Bayley slid in for the win.

Bayley & Sasha Def. Asuka & Nikki
Alexa Bliss promised to set SmackDown abuzz with her mystery guest on “A Moment of Bliss,” and Asuka did exactly that. The emergence of The Empress of Tomorrow caught Bayley & Sasha Banks off guard and led to a preview of The Horror Show at WWE Extreme Rules, as the four championship clash competitors met in the squared circle. Despite the impromptu partnership, Asuka & Cross showed impeccable teamwork when they caught the Women’s Tag Team Champions in the apron and went on the attack. The crazed Cross appeared ready to deliver a crushing Tornado DDT, but Bayley reversed and used the ropes for leverage to get the win by any means necessary.

Bayley Def. Nikki Cross in a Title Match
Nikki Cross put her relationship with Alexa Bliss on the line for one more rematch with Bayley. And after the conclusion of the latest title showdown, that partnership may be shattered for good. Cross’ crazed approach once again had her on the offensive early, and it appeared the elusive title victory may finally be within reach. After a roll-up attempt from the challenger, Bayley planted Cross face-first into the mat and retained the title. Bliss tried to console her friend, but Cross was crushed after the latest defeat and shoved Five Feet of Fury to the mat.
